1. LOCAL SHIPPING: Delivery within the City of Ottawa is pretty straightforward. One to three (1 to 3) bags of coffee - $10.00 flat rate shipping. Orders of four (4) bags or more - free shipping!
2. SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE OTTAWA AREA: Canada Post parcel, rates dependent upon your order
3. Orders are processed efficiently and set for delivery so that your coffee is received fresh. While we cannot guarantee Canada Post shipping times, local orders are delivered by courier and will be quicker.

Returns and Refunds
Return requests are looked into individually - we want you to be happy. If we made an error, we’ll correct it at no cost to you :). Email us and we will figure it out with you, and arrange a pick up and refund or replacement.
